Closing: Closing will take place at the office of Jimmy Butts 402 East Atlantic St South Hill VA 23970- Phone # 434-447-7155. Buyer will be responsible for obtaining his own attorney or may call Jimmy Butts for representation. Buyer will be responsible for all their attorney expenses.
Buyers Premium: A 7% buyer’s premium will apply to Real Estate and farm equipment.

James W. Tucker, who is 91 years old, is keeping lifetime rights for his residence at 825 Saint Leon Road, Boydton, VA 23917. Also, tenants living in tenant home, Floyd & Laura Bullock, who are in their early 70's, have lifetime rights in their tenant home at 749 Saint Leon Road, Boydton, VA 23917.
Inspection Times: There will be representatives from Fosters Auctioneers available on site March 24th and March 30th from 1pm till 4pm each day, or call for appointment to
arrange a private showing.
Survey: We are selling this property in a gross amount based on the deed. If buyer wants a survey it will be at the total expense of the buyer. Deed Book 130 Page 571 was original deed and VEPCO (power company) purchased 8.3+/- acres in 1961 Deed Book 172 Page 420 recorded in Mecklenburg County Virginia.
