119.31 ACRES IN 9 TRACTS combination OR AS A WHOLE

The north side of Macedonia Rd and South of Dalmar Rd will be sold first.

Round 1* Tracts 6, 7, 8 & 9 will be offered high bidders choice. The high bidder may take more than 1 tract (times the bid) if they so desire.

Round 2* Tracts 6, 7 & 8 will be offered together as a whole, at the combined price of their high bid in round 1 plus 5% to open the bidding.

Round 3* Tracts 6, 7, 8 & 9 will be offered as a whole, (the original 54.09 acre farm) at the combined price of the highest bids in the previous rounds plus 5% to open the bidding.

The South side of Macedonia Rd. and North of Ridge Rd. will be sold 2^nd.

Round 1* Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 will be offered high bidders choice. The high bidder may take more than 1 tract (times the bid) if they so desire.

Round 2* Tracts 1&2 will be offered together as a whole, at the combined price of their high bid in round 1 plus 5% to open the bidding. Tracts 3, 4 & 5 will be offered together as a whole, at the combined price of their high bid in round 1 plus 5% to open the bidding.

Round 3* Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4& 5 will be offered as a whole, (the original 65.22 acre farm) at the combined price of the highest bids in the previous rounds plus 5% to open the bidding.

** Remember there is a 10% buyer’s premium added to the high bid.
