 At FOSTER’S AUCTIONEERS & REAL ESTATE, INC we offer auctions for real estate that we believe is in demand and will sell at auction. We try to advise you the seller on what is best for your situation. If it is auction, private sale or land trade we will explain this to you and give you the option of what you want to do.

We offer consultation to anyone and will advise them to do what is best for their situation. We will not take an auction unless we know that it is the best way to sell the property in question.

We even help a lot of clients ahead of time by introducing them to a CPA that will advise them of the best way to handle the funds, once we have the property auctioned or sold. A successful real estate auction starts well ahead of the auction, to plan the finances of the land in question, the marketing, the auction day, the closing and then putting the funds in the best place possible after the property is sold.

BUT YOU BETTER BELIEVE ONCE WE DO TAKE AN AUCTION WATCH OUT, BECAUSE IT WILL BE A KNOCK OUT OF A SALE, THAT WILL BRING AN UNBELIEVE PREMIUM PRICE.

We say this because of 15 years of selling real estate and working auctions for other auction companies has enabled us to collect names and contacts of real estate buyers and investors that are looking for land and have a good relationship with us.
